Hear about what he experienced that fateful day when he lost his leg and how he has used what some would see as a disability to become someone that motivates and inspires anyone that has the pleasure of meeting him.
From Nov. 4-9, Achmat attended the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) in Quito, Ecuador where it was agreed upon to put into action plans to protect various species of sharks.
